About the Role
Reporting to the Maintenance & Facilities Manager, you’ll coordinate day-to-day maintenance across our facility, keep things running smoothly, and ensure safety standards are always met.
From small odd jobs to managing contractors and supporting preventative maintenance programs, your role is vital to our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out and coordinate general maintenance and repairs around site
- Supervise and support third-party contractors, ensuring safety and compliance
- Maintain records and requests in our maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Monitor spare parts inventory and ensure stock availability
- Support the implementation of preventative maintenance schedules and improvements
About You
You’re organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a hands-on setting.
You enjoy variety in your day, can juggle competing priorities, and know when to call in the specialists.
What you bring:
- Unrestricted Electrical License
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience
- Experience in maintenance, facility management, or similar roles
- Proficiency with hand tools and general repairs
- Forklift/EWP license or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lead, delegate, and hold others accountable
- Safety-first mindset with knowledge of risk assessments and compliance
Bonus if you have:
- Additional trade background or experience in Fitter & Machinist, tooling or fabrication
- CMMS experience
- LEAN manufacturing training
