* Assess, diagnose, and treat patients referred to the Mental Health Service under close supervision.
* Participate in multidisciplinary team activities, handovers, and case reviews.
* Maintain accurate documentation, including discharge summaries and compliance with relevant requirements.
* Provide leadership and guidance to junior medical staff as required.
