We’re seeking a dedicated Warehouse & Delivery Specialist to join our growing team in Mt Gambier. You will play a crucial role in our delivery services, assisting with general warehouse and maintenance tasks and basic repairs. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs and circumstances, while delivering exceptional customer service.
This position requires a current unrestricted Drivers Licence, National Police Check, NDIS Workers Check and evidence of COVID-19 and current Flu vaccination.
About the Role
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods
- Assemble/pick customer orders accurately and on time
- Undertake specialised deliveries, install and collect product(s) in a timely and professional manner
- Follow scheduled routes and instructions via a digitised portal
- Undertake correct assembly of equipment and client support through demonstration, adjustment and installation
- Assist with inventory control and stocktakes
- Undertake efficient scheduling, time management and administration duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse and general warehouse duties
- Perform general maintenance and support duties as required
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, can-do attitude
- Perform basic repairs, cleaning and maintenance of equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a warehousing, delivery or healthcare support role (preferred but not essential)
- Basic computer skills required
- Good physical fitness and attention to detail
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A good driving record
- Police clearance or willingness to obtain one
- NDIS worker check or willingness to obtain
- Evidence of Covid vaccination and current flu.
