Borg Group is looking for an organised and proactive Events & Activations Coordinator to join our Creative Agency team. Reporting to the Head of Creative Agency, you’ll play a key role in bringing events to life—from initial concept through to execution and post-event evaluation.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality events and activations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and within budget. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone with strong attention to detail and excellent coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver events end-to-end, including timelines, budgets, and logistics
* Manage vendors, suppliers, and stakeholder relationships
* Support event marketing, promotions, and communications
* Oversee on-site event delivery, including staff coordination and issue management
* Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting, identifying areas for improvement
About You
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in event coordination or similar role preferred
