About the Role:
We are seeking high-performing Auditors to join a dynamic and growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse client base, manage multiple engagements, and play a key role in delivering high-quality audit outcomes while mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and resolve technical accounting and audit issues across engagements
* Review financial statements to ensure compliance with relevant Accounting Standards
* Prepare reports and present findings and recommendations to management
* Perform detailed reviews of audit work and ensure quality and accuracy
* Summarise key engagement findings for Partners and senior stakeholders
* Manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously, working with various team members
* Assist in the coordination, supervision, and development of audit teams, including training and mentoring
* Ensure adherence to audit methodology, standards, and compliance requirements
* Monitor staffing needs and contribute to resource planning across engagements
* Support Partners and Managers with business development and client relationship activities
Education Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or Accounting
* CA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification (completed)
* 2- 12 years of Audit experience
Sponsorship may be considered for the opportunities in Sydney only; however, candidates are required to be onshore already (no relocation).
