The Company Our client is a leader in hydraulics, filtration, lubrication, pneumatics, and electronic systems. They are seeking an enthusiastic Mechatronics Engineer to join their Perth-based team on a 6-month contract, with a strong possibility of permanent placement thereafter. Responsibilities Represent the company in initial meetings with high-potential prospective clients, providing expert engineering support as needed. Participate in management meetings and deliver reports that contribute to both strategic planning and operational success. Design control systems and develop real-time programming within embedded environments. Contribute to the creation and execution of engineering business plans and strategies. Develop, interpret, and communicate reports tracking engineering performance and goal achievement. Your Background/Experience Tertiary qualifications in Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 5 years’ experience in an engineering role with a focus on Hydraulic System design. Solid experience with Inventor and PLCs. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of being able to build and maintain external customer relationships. Extensive experience in understanding customised solutions and the ability to engage with customers providing knowledgeable solutions to their requirements. What’s On Offer?
