We are now seeking an OSHC Administrator on a permanent part-time basis at our **The YMCA Kurwongbah Outside School Hours Care (OSHC)** located at Kurwongbah State School in Petrie.

Our service philosophy prioritises community and belonging, children's agency and the importance of spontaneous, multi-age play in middle childhood. We offer a range of planned and spontaneous play experiences for children and welcome educators with unique skill sets to share with children.
The purpose of the OSHC Administrator position is to provide exceptional administrative and business support to the services. This will also include integrity of compliance for staff, and exceptional service delivery to internal and external stakeholders.
**As a Successful a successful OSHC Administrator you will be responsible for, but not limited to**:
- In conjunction with the Service Coordinator's lead, provide administrative assistance in implementing quality OSHC programs for the service
- Maintaining accurate data of families using QIKKIDS and other programs
- Development and maintaining effective filling systems including ongoing compliance audits and necessary legislative documents
- Liaise with Service Coordinator and management to maintain high standards of service provisions
- Comply with YMCA Brisbane's policies and procedures in relation to work, health and safety and safeguarding young people policy
- Participate in administrative projects delegated by OSHC management team
**To be considered for the position**:
- Possess, or be willing to obtain, a positive notice Blue Card
- Ability to perform a range of administrative duties, which include data and word processing, filing, photocopying and reception with the ability to prioritise work and meet set deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to organize, multitask and prioritize
- Ability to self-motivate and work autonomously
- Initiative and be solutions focused with good time management skills
- An understanding of the importance of compliance with policy and legislation
- A high level of communication skills enabling liaison across all levels of the organisation
- Business skills would be considered an advantage
- A positive, professional, team player attitude
- Experience in children's services and/or a not-for-profit environment would be advantageous
- Knowledge of and compliance with National Quality Framework and commitment to high quality customer service
