(p/t) (Nurse Grade 5) * 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading * 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation * Plus applicable allowances (including RANIP) and great Salary Packaging options About your opportunity The position provides clinical expertise, support, and education to nursing staff within a Multipurpose Health Service (MPHS) in a rural and remote location. By utilising clinical skills, knowledge, and experience, the role delivers a high standard of evidence-based, person-centred care to patients, while supporting families and collaborating with healthcare colleagues within the Richmond MPHS. This dynamic role services a 10-bed rural facility, comprising four aged care beds and six acute inpatient beds, and also provides a Hospital-Based Ambulance Service (First Responder) to the town and surrounding community of Richmond. Requirements: * Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification and registration with AHPRA. * Appointees will be required to work all shifts in accordance with the unit roster, which will include participation in an on-call roster.
