Sales and Service Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Service Manager to lead our sales and services in Australia.
About the Role
* Drive sales growth and manage customer relationships.
* Oversee after-sales service, ensuring seamless operation of service activities.
* Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, increase market share, and drive growth in the packaging automation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the automation industry.
* Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers at major clients, including manufacturers, integrators, and enterprises looking for automation solutions.
* Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in automation technologies and work closely with product development and engineering teams.
* Lead negotiations on large, complex deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
* Oversee the service team to ensure timely and effective after-sales support.
* Establish and maintain service protocols to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in sales & after-sales services, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
* Experience in the automation, technology, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
