Our Client Based in Virginia Brisbane is currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer ( preferably someone with exposure to 3PL/Warehousing)
**The role would include the following functions**:
- Processing of orders
- Booking Transport
- Liaising with customers, warehouse/3PL
- Regular stock reconciliations completed
- Managing the movements and communications of containers coming into our facilities
- Assist in investigating discrepancies and variances
- Assist with inventory, service charge and compliance reporting
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve
- Clear communication - both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
- Good knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience in warehouse operations preferable
- Familiarity with Inventory Management Systems preferable
