Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced OT Site Support Specialist to provide technical support and troubleshoot issues at our site. The successful applicant will have strong knowledge of OT systems and software, excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and great communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide on-site technical support and troubleshoot issues.
* Assist in the development and implementation of OT solutions.
* Collaborate with the technology team to ensure smooth operations.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
* Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
* Continuously improve and adapt to technological advancements in the industry.
* Provide training and support to team members when necessary.
* Report any potential risks or issues to the management promptly.
Requirements
* Qualifications (ACMA, CISCO CCNA, Cert III Communications).
* Strong knowledge of OT systems and software such as MineStar, WIFI, LTE, Frontrunner.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a site/field situated set up.
* Great communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of the Energy & Natural Resources industry regulations and standards.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and manage stakeholders.
* 3-5 years of experience in a similar OT capacity.
