As an Assistant Centre Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Leading a team of educators and supporting their professional growth and development
* Developing and implementing programs that meet the needs of our children and families
* Collaborating with the Centre Manager to achieve centre goals and objectives
* Providing excellent customer service and support to our families
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
* Approved EYLF NQS and proven experience working in early childhood services
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Current Working with Children Check and Blue Card
