The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetics marketing, digital campaigns, and brand development, with the ability to drive promotional strategies and ensure brand consistency across platforms. Location: French Forest, NSW Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000 annually (Competitive, commensurate with experience) Key Responsibilities: 1.Plan and implement marketing strategies that promote Trulux’s products across various channels, including B2B. 2.Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor positioning. 3.Develop digital campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and social media management to boost online presence. 4.Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. 5.Analyse campaign performance, customer engagement, and lead generation metrics to inform data-driven marketing decisions. 6.Manage content creation for promotional materials, newsletters, and product launches. 7.Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plan for company 8.brands and its products 9.Analyse current market trends and develop engaging content that captivates our audience and drives engagement. 10.Advise on various product mix and pricing of the products based on competitor analysis and consumer behavioural pattern to promote higher sales. 11.Coordinate and execute marketing events, trade shows, and client activations to enhance brand visibility. 12.Work with graphic designers, developing creative briefs and creative directions for advertising to ensure consistent branding and effective campaign rollout. 13.Assist in marketing, promotion of new product launches 14.Track marketing spend and ensure ROI through regular reporting and budget management. 15.Build and nurture customer relationships by addressing feedback and monitoring brand sentiment. Qualifications and Experience: To succeed in this role, you will need: ∙Minimum bachelor’s degree Marketing, Business, or a related field.
