Site Manager required to join a reputable Fitout Contractor specialising in aged care, retirement living and commercial construction projects across NSW.
This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a key project, leading all on-site operations while ensuring safe, high-quality, on-time and on-budget delivery.
Responsibilities Managing all on-site construction activities including labour, subcontractors and plant Overseeing program, budget, quality and safety performance Coordinating with clients, consultants and stakeholders, particularly in live facilities Ensuring compliance with HSE standards and site risk management Driving efficient site operations and mentoring the site team Qualifications Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Site Manager, Foreman or Leading Hand.
