Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to play a key part in enhancing our online customer experience through exceptional UX and design across all digital touchpoints. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for providing UX and interface design services, creating and testing design concepts, wireframes, customer journey maps, workflows and prototypes.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide UX and interface design services across all brand websites and other digital touchpoints.
* Create and test design concepts, wireframes, customer journey maps, workflows and prototypes.
* Contribute to sales growth through conversion rates and other key usability metrics.
* Ensure that all UX and design-related tickets in Jira are maintained and updated.
* Work with internal and external development teams to support the delivery of new digital initiatives and features.
* Support the delivery of business initiatives through the facilitation of design and discovery workshops.
* Development of experience maps, storyboards and wireframes.
* Create and manage brand digital style guides and UX patterns to ensure a consistent design language is applied across the digital products.
* Assist in the building and developing of UX/UI practices and competencies within the Digital Team.
* Constant research and championing of best practice UX.


Required Skills and Qualifications

* Prior experience working in a UX/UI related role at a digital agency or fashion retail/similar environment.
* Excellent working knowledge of UX design processes, methodologies and principles.
* Strong communication and presenting skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
* Highly skilled in the use of design tools such as Figma, InVision, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Ability to carry out and document customer research, such as usability testing.
* Strong experience and knowledge of customer journey maps, user flows, information architecture, wireframing, design patterns and guidelines.
* Experience and working knowledge of A/B testing and applying findings to inform future improvements.
* Ability to work on multiple, simultaneous projects of all sizes and complexity.
* Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Passionate about usability and accessibility, with the ability to translate this into your work.
* Good technical knowledge to understand what is and isn't possible.
