* Coordinate project activities, deliver small projects or project components, prepare documentation, and organise meetings.
* Ensure accurate and timely outcomes, supporting Quality & Safety and child safe practices, and maintaining compliance with policies, protocols, and legislative requirements.

Requirements:

* Demonstrated sound knowledge and experience in general business processes and office management within a public health environment.
* Well-developed interpersonal and oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact sensitively, professionally, and effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to use a wide range of information technology software, including financial and human resource systems, with a focus on communication, record-keeping, and reporting functions.
