About your new job
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is an end-to-end debtors role. Responsibilities include:
1. Managing email and actioning payment queries
2. Banking & allocation of payments
3. Invoicing/billings
4. Handle inquiries – internal and external stakeholders
5. Collection calls / reminder calls on overdue invoices
6. Processing credits
7. Bank and debtor reconciliations
About you
You will need to demonstrate a clear track record of success in a similar role. Specifically, you will possess the following:
1. Previous experience in an end-to-end credit / AR role
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
3. Ability to multitask and have strong organisational skills
4. Exposure to large ERP systems
5. Proficient in Excel
