We’re looking for an Assistant Account Executive to support our Account Managers with general administration and insurance broking tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who’s eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What The Role Involves
- Assisting with the preparation of quotes, renewals, and policy documentation
- Supporting day-to-day client account management
- Handling administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with insurers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Learning the fundamentals of insurance broking through hands-on experience and mentoring
What You Will Bring
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in administration or customer service (insurance experience a bonus but not essential)
