About the Position
The Portfolio Management Office requires a leader to oversee Business Services Unit functions, supporting the delivery of business outcomes. This role works independently with broad direction and is accountable for achieving unit goals.
Key responsibilities include setting work priorities, managing workflows, and developing quality work with others. A significant level of stakeholder engagement is necessary, liaising with stakeholders to identify, anticipate, and respond to their needs and expectations.
Specific areas to lead at Branch and possibly Division level include finances, contracts, procurement, recruiting, human resources, training, task tracking, and administration support to Branch/Division Heads.
