Responsibilities
* Lead social work across CALHN, guiding team and clinical care while maintaining own caseload.
* Supervise social work team and guide daily workload.
* Provide supervision and support practice quality.
* Deliver evidence based work and maintain caseload.
* Drive practice continuous improvement and contribute to research.
About You
* Degree in Social Work and AASW membership.
* Experience leading teams and building collaboration.
* Complex caseload experience with evidence based practice.
* Strong communicator with calm conflict resolution skills.
* Knowledge of health systems, WHS and service improvement activities.
