We are looking for a hardworking Trade salesperson for a full-time position in our Biloela store.
We are locally owned and operated since 1988. We pride ourselves on being Mighty Helpful and providing a great customer experience to all.

Qualifications & experience
- Forklift License
- MR Truck License
- Automatic car license
- Strong understanding of the WHS requirements
- Attention to detail reading and understanding delivery dockets, etc.
- Great people skills to provide outstanding customer service
- Capable of working both outdoors and indoors, and on your feet all day
- Capable of moderate to heavy lifting - building materials
- Ability to follow instructions well, teachable
Tasks & responsibilities
- Forklift unloading and loading trucks
- Deliveries of goods to customers - some heavy lifting - MR truck license essential
- Accurately unpacking and checking incoming deliveries ready for sale
- Organizing and storing timber and building materials
- Maintain tidy, safe, and well-organized trade yard and store areas.
- Ensuring the health and safety of fellow team members as per in-house WHS policies
- Provide friendly, professional service to trade and retail customers.
- Prepare and fulfil trade orders efficiently and accurately.
- Build relationships with customers and be able to identify their needs
- Basic computer knowledge required - training will be provided
- Manage stock levels, minimize shrinkage and stock loss, maintain stock tickets
- Assist with stock control, including receiving, unpacking, and replenishing stock
- Undertake regular stocktaking and inventory checks
- Support the setup of displays, promotions, and merchandising.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
