About the Role
The role is to work closely with the Aquatics Manager to ensure a premium experience is delivered that is second to none for our members and their guests.
It requires working collaboratively and independently while using the framework of our swimming program to teach technique-based lessons.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the Aquatics Manager to deliver an exceptional experience for members and guests.
Use the swimming program framework to teach technique-based lessons.
Operate in a collaborative and independent manner.
Ensure members and guests receive a premium experience using club facilities.
Qualifications
Swim Australia Teacher OR AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualified or equivalent.
Current valid Working with Children check.
CPR Certificate.
First Aid Certificate.
Availability
Mornings, afternoons on weekdays, and weekends.
