Overview
We're seeking a motivated Sales Team Member to join our growing and successful team. This full‑time, permanent role supports our retail and trade customers by providing exceptional service across all areas of irrigation and pump sales. We're looking for someone with solid sales experience and a genuine commitment to outstanding customer service. While industry experience in irrigation or plumbing is an advantage, we're happy to train the right person who brings enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
As you grow into the role, you'll have the opportunity to take the lead on irrigation designs for the branch and further elevate your impact with Midland Irrigation.

Day to day you will be doing:
* Face to face and telephone sales enquiries
* Design and sales of pumping, turf watering and irrigation systems
* Receiving and displaying stock
* Build positive relationships with customers and co-workers
* Contribute to our friendly and inclusive company culture
Skills and experience
Sales and technical training will be provided however you must:
* Demonstrated experience of providing a great customer service experience
* Have an energetic and hands-on attitude
* Be enthusiastic, friendly and adaptable
* Have an ability to work in a busy environment
* Have great time management skills and the ability to multitask
* Enjoy problem-solving and have an ability to think on your feet
* Be a team player
* A forklift licence would be advantageous

Hours
* Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm
* Saturday – 8:30am to 12pm on a rotating roster
