Dump Truck Operators | 7/7 Roster | Blackwater Region
Join a Leading Mining Team with Genuine Career Growth. We're seeking experienced Operators to join the team at a major coal mining operation near Blackwater.
About the Role
You will be operating various sized Dump Trucks, with a possibility of other heavy machinery, within a busy production environment whilst ensuring you are working safely and efficiently across site haulage operations. You will consistently follow all site procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture. Roster: 7 on / 7 off - rotating day and night shiftsHours: Wednesday to Monday (12.5-hour shifts) + Tuesday (9-hour shift)
Required Experience
* Proven experience operating Haul Trucks within a mining or heavy industrial environment
* Experience on CAT789, CAT793, KOMATSU 830E, or HITACHI EH5000 trucks highly desirable
* Understanding of the Coal Mining Safety & Health Act and relevant regulations
* Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to safety and teamwork
* Current Standard 11 Mine Induction (Surface)
* Current Queensland Driver's Licence
* QLD Coal Board Medical
* Applicable Coal Competencies
