Are you an experienced Shutdown Planner with a strong background in fixed plant maintenance and Pronto Xi?
We're seeking multiple planners to join our client's gold operations across the Goldfields region of Western Australia.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for planning and coordinating shutdown activities across the gold processing plant — ensuring maintenance schedules, labour, materials, and critical-path tasks are effectively prepared and executed.
You'll work closely with maintenance, reliability, and execution teams to deliver safe, on-time, and cost-effective shutdowns.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage shutdown work packs and schedules within Pronto Xi.
Coordinate with supervisors, trades, and contractors to ensure readiness.
Validate scope, resources, and materials prior to execution.
Monitor progress and provide daily updates during shutdowns.
Drive continuous improvement and planning standardisation.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience as a Shutdown Planner in fixed plant gold processing operations.
Strong proficiency in Pronto Xi for maintenance planning and scheduling.
Solid understanding of maintenance workflows, safety, and reliability processes.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work on 8/6, 4/3, or similar FIFO/DIDO rosters.
