**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for, but not limited to:
- Managing repairs and monitoring systems performance
- Maintaining an adequate inventory of parts and ordering items as necessary
- Management of contractors
- Management of multiple buildings across various sites as required
- Keeping the building in a good state of repair.
- Emergency repairs management.
- Ensuring safety of the site and all occupants.
- Management of all Maintenance tasks in a timely, efficient and cost
- Effective manner.
- Coordinate preventative and reactive contracted maintenance works to mechanical and electrical facilities.
- Plan, Schedule and coordinate general maintenance and major repairs.
- Entry and Exit inspections.
- Ensuring compliance with security and safety regulations
- Managing renovations, refurbishments and moves
- Management of the buildings systems and equipment including, essential safety measures and management systems.
- Liaising with and reporting to all internal & external stakeholders (including but not limited to executive committees, strata companies, etc) to solve any arising issues.
- Control of budgets and forecasting for all preventative and reactive maintenance.
- Identify and provide recommendations when requested for opportunities to improve building efficiency and sustainability.
