Corporate M&A Lawyer or Senior Associate Opportunity
We have an exceptional opening for a Corporate M&A lawyer or senior associate to join our successful team, working closely with leading partners and collaborating on complex corporate deals.
This is a rewarding role for ambitious lawyers to work on large and complex corporate and private equity fund transactions; collaborate with global clients, including major financial institutions; and be mentored by experienced professionals.
You will represent both public and private sector clients primarily in the infrastructure, real estate, biotech, data storage, and transport sectors. The focus of the team is on investments by world's largest private equity, sovereign, pension, and private funds, as well as strategic corporate work for government and Asian corporate investors.
The practice focuses on complex, market-leading cross-border deals and joint ventures. You'll be part of a team that supports your growth and celebrates your success. You will work directly with some of the largest corporate and funds clients and play a leading role in key aspects of transactions, including negotiating and drafting transaction documents.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* 3+ years' post-qualification experience in Corporate M&A
* Solid experience in private M&A transactions gained within a leading commercial law firm
* Excellent academic record
* A naturally collegiate mindset, which prioritises respect for peers and collaborative ways of working
* The ability to prioritise your time across a number of busy matters
* A genuine commitment to client service and a desire to engage in business development activities
* Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
* An ambitious and focused determination to take your career to the next level
