We are looking for an energetic and reliable Kitchen Hand to join our busy team. This isn’t just about washing dishes—you are the \"engine room\" of our kitchen. You’ll work alongside our chefs to ensure every service runs smoothly, from the first prep of the morning to the final clean of the night.
What You’ll Be Doing
* The Wash Station: Managing high-volume dishwashing (machine and hand-wash) with speed and care.
* Food Prep: Assisting chefs with daily prep (chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and basic protein handling).
* Kitchen Hygiene: Maintaining a spotless workspace, including floors, benches, and equipment, following HACCP/food safety standards.
* Stock Management: Helping unload deliveries and ensuring correct stock rotation (FIFO).
* Team Support: Jumping in to help the chefs whenever the \"rush\" hits.

* Availability: Must be available for weekends.
* Experience: Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is a plus, but a great attitude is our #1 priority.
