The Chance

Based in Rockingham WA, this permanent, full-time Admin Officer role offers an exciting opportunity to support our operations through a wide range of administrative functions. You will play a key role in driving business goals by delivering excellent administrative support and managing key customer interactions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Proficiency in Excel for tasks such as cost tracker
- Invoicing and opening work orders
- Payroll support
- Handling customer service, including invoice follow-up and answering calls
- Customer reporting and collaboration with internal teams to meet business objectives

About You

- With the right attitude and a willingness to collaborate within a team
- Strong communication skills are a must
- Prior experience in an office environment
- Knowledge of payroll processes
- JDE experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, office-based environment (no WFH)
- Customer service experience, particularly with invoicing and follow-up
