Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience for all customers;
* Process sales and manage cash handling procedures;
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment and ensure that stock levels are accurately recorded;
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and promote new products and services;
* Contribute to the overall success of the business through proactive problem-solving and effective communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in customer service or retail sales;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Able to work effectively as part of a team;
* Highly organized and efficient with strong attention to detail;
* Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg);
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
