Marketing & Operations Manager Healthcare Staffing Agency
We are a newly established and ambitious healthcare staffing agency based in Adelaide, with strong expansion plans across South Australia.
Our focus is supplying high-quality Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Care Staff to aged care facilities and healthcare providers. Backed by a clear growth strategy and long-term vision, we are building a reputable and high-performing service in the healthcare labour-hire sector.
We are now seeking an experienced Marketing & Operations Manager to take a key leadership role in building and scaling this division.

The Role
This is a dual-function leadership role combining business development and operational management.
Identify, approach and secure new aged care and healthcare facility contracts
Conduct face-to-face meetings with decision-makers
Build strong, long-term industry relationships
Prepare proposals and negotiate service agreements
Develop and execute growth strategies across Adelaide metro and regional SA
Position the agency as a trusted staffing partner
Recruitment & Operations
Recruit, screen and onboard nurses and care staff
Manage rostering and shift allocations
Respond to urgent staffing requests efficiently
Maintain high service standards and client satisfaction
About You
To succeed in this role, you will:
Have experience in healthcare staffing, labour-hire, aged care or nursing agency environments
Demonstrate strong business development or sales capability
Understand healthcare compliance requirements
Be commercially driven and confident securing contracts
Have strong organisational and operational management skills
Thrive in a growth-focused, hands-on environment
Hold a current driver's licence
This role requires someone who is proactive, accountable and motivated to build something meaningful.
What We Offer
$115,000 to 135,000 base salary
