CQUniversity Australia is seeking a dynamic Director - Indigenous Student Outcomes to lead transformative initiatives that will shape the future of Indigenous student experiences across the University.This is a rare senior leadership opportunity to influence University-wide strategy, embed Indigenous ways of knowing across the student journey, and deliver tangible, lasting outcomes for First Nations learners. Reporting to the Vice-President, Indigenous Engagement, you will guide a high-performing team and collaborate across divisions to create culturally safe, inclusive, and empowering environments where students can thrive.Step into a role where your leadership will make a real difference, shaping the future of Indigenous student success at CQUniversity and driving meaningful change across the higher education sector.

Position Requirements
Relevant postgraduate qualifications (PhD or equivalent) and extensive relevant experience; or extensive proven management experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
Strong understanding of the tertiary education environment and current trends in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander education, research, training and/or employment.
Knowledge of University management, governance and quality assurance frameworks, including legislative and accountability requirements of the Australian tertiary education sector
Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively with Indigenous communities, organisations and stakeholders.
