Case Manager
CASE MANAGER – PERSONAL INJURY - GEELONG, VIC
We are currently seeking a Case Manager to become a valued member and key contributor to the success of our Workers Compensation team in Geelong. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of claims portfolios and will apply a recovery and return to work focus to achieve outcomes, whilst maintaining customer service standards and meeting compliance requirements.
About the role
* Managing a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims
* Strategizing and implementing appropriate and achievable recovery and return to work goals
* Maintaining high customer service standards and building effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders; including injured workers, employers, and medical professionals to drive successful outcomes
* Determining strategies to progress claims toward appropriate goals
About you
* Superior customer service focus
* The ability to read and interpret information, including legislation
* An ability to prioritise workload to ensure required outcomes are achieved
* Effective relationship building and problem-solving skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape
