Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Adelaide, SA, for a Service Technician. The Service Technician will perform routine maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems, troubleshoot technical issues, provide field service support, and ensure efficient system operations. The role also involves interacting with customers to address service needs and provide solutions effectively and professionally.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair tasks for air conditioning systems
* Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Experience in Field Service operations, with the ability to work independently on-site
* Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on meeting client needs and building trust
* Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in air conditioning or related fields are desirable
* Strong communication and time management skills
* Capability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
* Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client locations as needed
