Key Responsibilities
The Service Advisor plays a pivotal role in enhancing the member experience throughout the vehicle service process.
* Welcoming members and confirming vehicle details, including make, model, and type of service or repair issue.
* Providing estimates for repairs and maintenance services, explaining the work to be performed and offering suitable recommendations for additional works.
* Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
* Keeping members informed about their vehicle's status through regular updates.
* Addressing member concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
* Preparing and finalizing repair orders.
* Supporting team sales targets and conversion rates through collaboration and achievement.
* Understanding revenue and profit goals.
* Offering administrative support in:
* Data entry and record management.
* Invoicing and processing payments.
* Handling part returns and ensuring accurate allocation of part numbers on repair orders.
