About the role
The B2B Segment Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving strategic marketing initiatives across Small Business (SME) and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) customer segments. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is responsible for developing and executing multi-channel campaigns, refining value propositions, and enhancing lead generation to support business growth. Working closely with sales, product, commercial teams, and external partners, the role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring marketing efforts are fully integrated into business operations and deliver measurable commercial impact.

What you'll do
* Develop and lead B2B marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives
* Design and execute multi-channel campaigns targeting SME and C&I segments
* Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to integrate marketing into operations
* Manage third-party partnerships to support national sales initiatives
* Analyse performance data to optimise marketing effectiveness and ROI
* Influence senior stakeholders and maintain strong internal and external relationships
Your experience
* Extensive experience in B2B segment marketing, with a proven ability to drive strategic growth and establish marketing foundations in new or evolving business areas
* Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills
* Data-driven decision-maker with a focus on measurable commercial impact
* Collaborative leader with the ability to build strong relationships across internal and external teams
