**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join our team in Stapylton. This is a full-time role, working 38 hours per week, with day or afternoon shifts available.
The successful candidate will be part of our reliability team, reporting to the Mechanical Maintenance Manager, and play a vital role in keeping our plant running smoothly and safely.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Preventative and breakdown maintenance
* Data driven decision making
* General technical support to the manufacturing site
* New and old machinery installation work
* Daily maintenance, fault finding, troubleshooting and machine repair
* Enter and manage maintenance notifications in IFS (CMMS)
**Requirements:**
* Trade qualified Maintenance Fitter (Cert III in Engineering or higher)
* Welding and fabrication skills are beneficial
* Significant experience in an industrial environment, preferably in manufacturing with a background in fault finding
* Able to work autonomously and adhere to deadlines, while also demonstrating excellent teamwork skills
* Ability to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority to minimise downtime
* Positive attitude, strong work ethic and a safety mindset
