An exciting opportunity exists for a Vehicle Registration Administrator Clerk to join our team, reporting to the Financial Controller.
This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to maintaining the high standards for Vehicle Registration, Finance Administration to include accounts payable activity, while working in a team across the business. The dealership consistently experiences growth and remains a leading business in the region. This has been achieved through staff satisfaction and consistently delivering best practice in support services.
SKILLS AND LICENCES REQUIRED:
* Experience working within Registration, Finance Administration, to include some Accounting processes
* Attention to detail and data entered
* Experienced in Platforms and Microsoft Excel
* Team player
* A flexible and ‘Can Do Attitude'
* Professional outlook
* Experience Desirable in Stock Control
* Current Drivers Licence.
DUTIES:
* Ability to undertake Administration, Finance activity and functions to include vehicle registration Pre-loading vehicle registrations to streamline workflow.
* Ensuring deal pack compliance with company policies.
* Compiling QT paperwork for submission.
* Handling registration renewals in a timely manner.
* Allocating and managing plates for upcoming registrations.
* Delivering plates to PD for processing registrations.
* Bringing used vehicles into stock and acquiring used vehicles on QT.
* Providing accurate responses to sales inquiries regarding registration processes.
* Running PPSR checks on vehicles.
* Allocating and managing plates for upcoming registrations.
* Delivering plates to PD for processing registrations.
* Flexible in your approach to the workplace.
* Answering inbound phone calls professionally.
* Work within the team to meet the Registration financial deadlines daily, weekly and monthly
