About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead the team at Harbour Town on the Gold Coast. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating a positive team culture, driving sales performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll take ownership of store operations, visual presentation, and staff development to ensure the store consistently meets and exceeds expectations.
