What You'll Be Doing: Advise on large-scale acquisitions, disposals, and development projects including master-planned communities, industrial estates, and retail precincts. Draft and negotiate a wide range of real estate and commercial agreements including structured title arrangements, joint ventures, and leasing documentation. Oversee complex due diligence processes and lead negotiations across high-value transactions. Provide mentoring and supervision to junior lawyers within the team, fostering their professional development. About You: At least 8 years' PAE with a strong focus in property or real estate law, ideally from a mid or top-tier environment. Outstanding technical ability, especially in commercial real estate transactions. Excellent communication, drafting, and client-facing skills.
