Sales and Trade Development Consultant
This is a part-time position that involves working 3-4 days per week, across Wednesday to Saturday. The role requires exceptional customer service skills to drive growth and strengthen our brand reputation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Representing the brand appropriately at all times.
* Providing considered design and decorating advice to all retail clients.
* Maintaining the retail enquiry log and the showroom sampling process.
About You
* You must be able to work 3-4 days per week across Wednesday to Saturday, with Saturday availability being essential for this position.
* A minimum of 2-3 years of related professional experience within sales or customer service is required.
* Prior experience in the Architecture and/or Design industry is preferred but not required.
* A proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceptional customer service skills to drive growth are essential.
