This role requires a professional who can seamlessly shift between crafting drinks, providing attentive table service, and contributing to the overall guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, wines, and other beverages with precision and care. Provide attentive and friendly table service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and well-looked after. Maintain a strong knowledge of our food and drink offerings to provide recommendations and pairings. Ensure the bar and service areas are clean, stocked, and organized. Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and effective service during shifts. Uphold Mummucc’s high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times. About You: Previous experience as a bartender, server, or in a similar role within a premium hospitality venue. Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer, with a passion for learning more. Exceptional customer service skills with a warm and approachable demeanor. Must hold a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as part of a rotating roster.
