Nothing is important than customer service and making people feel valuable about food and beverages we are delivering.
As we know; the need for customer service comes in waves.
So while experience in the hospitality industry is significant, more than anything, we are looking for someone proactive. Always on the lookout to do something more when the tides of customer service slow down.
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service, making people feel valued about the food and beverages we deliver.
* When customers aren't there, clean tables and prepare for the next wave, ensuring the environment stays valuable.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Proactive personality, always on the lookout to do something more when customer service slows down.
* Experience in hospitality industry (preferred but not mandatory).
* RSA holder.
* Barista training.
Work Details
* Job Type: Casual
* Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
* Expected hours: 5 - 25 per week
* Schedule: Mostly Friday nights and weekends; weekday shifts available for some.
* Location: In person
