About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Manager to support a top performing sales director. This role involves managing the day‐to‐day operations of listings, marketing campaigns, client communication, and team management. If you are detail-oriented, excellent at multitasking, and have a passion for driving team success, this position is ideal for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end‐to‐end listing process from launch through to settlement
* Prepare and execute Form 6, REIQ Agency Agreements, contracts, and marketing budgets
* Prepare sales proposals
* Oversee auction preparation including paperwork, buyer registration, and on‐the‐day support
* Manage open homes, VIP inspections, buyer appointments, and follow‐ups
* Ensure accurate and up‐to‐date property listings across all portals
* Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met accurately
* Prepare necessary entry notices, and Form 10 documentation
Campaign Management
* Coordinate property marketing including photography, styling, trades, and advertising bookings
* Proof all marketing material prior to property launches
* Manage property listings, ensuring accuracy of online listings
* Maintain strong ongoing communication with vendors
* Prepare settlement gifts and facilitate testimonial requests
* Organise and maintain material for open homes and auction day
Marketing Management
* Develop and execute marketing and brand strategies to grow team presence
* Oversee team social media content coordination and campaign execution
* Plan and deliver team content days, ensuring alignment with overall brand and business objectives
* Track agents personal marketing account and allocate accordingly
Team Management
* Maintain team agendas and ensure weekly meetings are productive, with action items followed up on
* Track team performance and ensure accountability in achieving KPIs
Required Skills and Experience
* Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role within real estate
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
* A forward‐thinking approach with the confidence to take ownership and drive outcomes
* Experience with CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
* Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve set goals and KPIs
* Knowledge of compliance regulations within the real estate industry is a plus
