Overview of our role Make a meaningful impact in a collaborative environment. We seek a people-focused leader to guide our ServiceNow platform team. You will support the delivery and continuous improvement of our IT Service Management (ITSM) modules, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and HR Service Delivery module. The role involves ensuring effective management and strategic direction of the ServiceNow platform, aligning with business goals and industry best practices. A little about you Extensive experience managing and supporting the ServiceNow platform Proven ability to implement and optimize ITSM processes following ITIL best practices Experience in team management and stakeholder engagement Project management skills, especially in IT projects Excellent mentoring, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Qualifications / certifications & skills ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Technical Architect, or equivalent ITIL V4 Foundation or higher Deep knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities, especially ITSM and CMDB Understanding of ITIL framework and digital infrastructure Experience with system integrations (e.g., AD, Entra, Flexera, SharePoint, Teams) Leadership skills to guide and inspire teams Why you should come and work for us Our people are our energy source.
