Consultants apply a high level of knowledge of SAPOL's functions and activities within the Call Centre environment, using sound initiative and judgement in managing emergency and complex calls.
If you possess a high level of integrity, respect, and collaborate well with others, enjoy working autonomously while respecting cultural and social diversities, and are adept at interpreting and applying policies and procedures, this role is for you.

Special Conditions
* The incumbent must hold current Australian work eligibility and will be subject to background and criminal checks
* Availability to be rostered over 24/7, including weekends and public holidays; overtime may be required
Successful applicants will receive an ASO2 salary of $30.01/hour ($58,709 - $63,154/year) during a 5-week training course.
