**Position Overview**
As a Trainee at Halls Outdoor Education, you will participate in a comprehensive training program that integrates hands-on outdoor experiences with formal education. This unique opportunity will equip you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to thrive in the field of outdoor education.
Over the two-year traineeship you will gain a Certificate III and Certificate IV in Outdoor Leadership with qualifications in bushwalking, canoeing (or kayaking), challenge ropes and climb/abseil. Additional elective units can be taken in mountain biking, raft on grade 2 and 3 rivers, tour guiding, challenge ropes supervisor, skiing and snorkeling.
