Delivering high-quality homes and facilities at scale, with multiple active sites and more launching, we’re seeking an experienced Regional Construction Manager to oversee site managers, supervisors, and multiple builds across the region.
About the Role:
As a volume and production builder, we need someone who understands the fast-paced nature of high-volume residential construction. You’ll be responsible for overseeing teams, delivering projects on time and to budget, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
You’ll be a decision-maker who can spot potential challenges early, provide effective solutions, and keep projects moving smoothly. We're looking for a natural leader who builds strong relationships, enjoys mentoring teams, and isn’t afraid to muck in when needed to get the job done.
What We’re Looking For:
* Extensive experience in volume/production residential construction
* Proven background managing multiple teams and projects across various sites
* Trade background essential, preferably in carpentry
* Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to make informed decisions quickly
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* Hands-on, mentoring approach – someone who leads by example
* Highly competent in IT and software, especially Onsite Companion
* A professional who values quality, accountability, and teamwork
