About the Role
Be part of a busy and collaborative team providing first and second‐level technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware issues, both remotely and face‐to‐face.
* Troubleshoot, monitor, and restore personal computers and devices connected to the network
* Deliver high‐quality client service, managing issues with integrity, compassion, and timely resolution
* Work from various sites across our Hospital and Aged Care network to resolve technical incidents
* Participate in the after‐hours on‐call roster
About You
* Current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle is a must
* Certificate IV in Information Technology Support (or equivalent IT qualification)
* Minimum 3+ years' experience in field engineering, desktop support or IT technical roles
* Strong knowledge and skills in PC hardware and associated devices
* Good understanding and associated skills in networking
* Must be able to commit to full‐time hours, including after‐hours on‐call requirements
