Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Officer to join the team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide operational HR services through coordinating end-to-end employment contractual arrangements, delivering administrative processes, and providing exceptional support for hiring managers. This role is integral to the smooth running of the HR operations.As the Human Resources Officer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the provision of efficient HR operational services. You will manage all aspects of employment contractual arrangements for fixed term, continuing, and casual staff. Your role will also involve supporting hiring managers for contract renewals and direct appointments. Additionally, you will contribute to the review and development of HR Systems and continued business processes.Reporting to the HR Operations Team Leader, you will also be responsible for the following:Manage the generation, issuing, and processing of new, amended, and subsequent contracts and other employment-related documentation.Support hiring managers for contract renewals and direct appointments.Respond to enquiries and provide advice in relation to HR operational matters.System administration and employee notification for probation, secondments, reclassifications, and other employee lifecycle activities.Monitor and implement compliance processes and reviews to ensure legislative requirements are met.Develop and maintain effective working relationships across the whole business.Maintain up-to-date knowledge on the HR Systems, policies, and procedures.What you bring:As a Human Resources Officer, you bring extensive knowledge of best HR practice as well as sound judgement in the application of HR policies, procedures, guidelines, and systems.
